More critical still is the history of these IP pools. The home IP given to you today may have been used yesterday by another seller whose account was closed. Without doing anything, just because you landed on the wrong IP at the wrong time, you can get caught in a review.

No. In our Amazon VDS service our IP pool is kept separate and managed meticulously. The static IP address allocated to you is a "fresh", clean address that has never been used in Amazon's systems before.
This address is not given to any other customer for as long as you use the service. When your service ends, the IP is not handed directly to a new Amazon customer either; it is taken into a separate pool.
We do not recommend it for your safety. Amazon places great importance on isolation between accounts; if you open two accounts one after the other on the same server, a link between the two can be established through IP, device ID and cookies.
The safest method is to rent a separate VDS for each of your stores. If you will get several servers, write to our sales team; instead of buying plans one by one, let us set up an arrangement that suits you.

No extra software or license is needed for setup. You only need to enter the IP address, username and password from your server delivery email into the app; if you get stuck, our support team will set up the connection with you.
A VPN only changes the exit point of your internet traffic; the computer performing the action is still your device. On top of that, commercial VPN services share the same exit IP among hundreds of users, and these addresses may have already been flagged.
A VDS, on the other hand, is a separate Windows computer of your own sitting in the data center. The IP address is yours alone, and the device ID is fixed. What Amazon sees is not "traffic coming from an anonymous tunnel" but a consistent computer that always stays in the same place.
Because your store is hosted on Amazon's servers, even if your VDS goes down your products stay on sale and your orders keep flowing. The VDS is only your management computer.
