High-Frequency Ryzen Plans
A special series for rendering, gaming and projects that demand heavy processing power.
What Is a Ryzen VDS?
Next-Generation Cloud Power
Ryzen VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) is a performance-focused cloud server service built on AMD's revolutionary 7nm Ryzen 9 5950X and higher processor family. Beyond standard virtualization, the processor cores in this service are assigned to you as "dedicated"; in other words, your neighbor's usage can never reduce your speed.
Traditional servers usually use low-frequency processors optimized for data storage and simple web traffic. A Ryzen server rental, however, is designed for processing-hungry applications, with "Turbo Boost" frequencies reaching 4.9 GHz and a huge L3 Cache capacity.
The Ryzen VDS plans we offer on the Netvay infrastructure are backed not only by processor power but also by Gen4 NVMe SSD technology. This means data can be read and written at 7000 MB/s, roughly 12 times faster than standard SSD disks.
Why
Buy a Ryzen VDS?
In the digital world, speed is no longer a luxury but a necessity. Popular game servers such as Minecraft, Rust, FiveM, Metin2 and ARK in particular are extremely sensitive to "single thread" performance by design. No matter how many cores your processor has, if the single-core frequency is low you will suffer "lag", "rubberbanding" and "chunk loading" problems in games.
Renting a Ryzen VDS completely removes this bottleneck thanks to its high IPC (instructions per cycle) value. These are the critical areas where Ryzen makes a difference:
- Game servers: Host hundreds of players smoothly with high TPS (ticks per second) values.
- Video rendering & 3D design: Noticeably shorten render times in software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Blender.
- Android emulators: Enjoy a smooth experience when running multiple emulators (multi-instance) such as BlueStacks and Nox Player.
- E-commerce and databases: Bring page load times down to milliseconds on sites that need heavy SQL queries (Magento, WooCommerce and so on).
What Is the Difference
Between a Ryzen VDS and a Normal VDS?
Servers sold on the market under names such as "economy VDS" or "enterprise VDS" usually use Intel Xeon E5 series (v2, v3, v4) processors. These processors are known for their stability and multi-core capability, but their technology (22nm or 14nm) is getting old and their clock speeds are generally stuck between 2.20 GHz and 3.00 GHz.
Let us explain the difference with a technical analogy:
- Normal VDS (Xeon): A public transport bus. It can carry a lot of load at once but its speed is limited. It is great for web hosting, a mail server or file backup, but it feels clumsy in jobs that need instant reflexes.
- Ryzen VDS (Ryzen 9): A Formula 1 car. Light, agile and incredibly fast (4.9 GHz). It is unrivaled for games, trading software and API services that need instant response.
In addition, the DDR4 3200 MHz+ RAM modules used in our Ryzen servers offer much higher bandwidth than the RAM in Xeon servers (usually 1866 MHz or 2133 MHz). This lets data reach the CPU instantly without waiting in the processing queue.
Ryzen VDS Prices and
Choosing the Right Plan
Ryzen VDS prices are a little higher than standard Xeon-based servers; the reason is simple: new-generation AMD processors, high-frequency DDR4 memory and Gen4 NVMe disks are premium components. But the difference you pay comes back to you as the "single-core speed" you need. So choose Ryzen if you genuinely need speed; for an ordinary showcase site, Xeon is already enough.
When choosing a plan, first look not at the disk but at the balance of cores (CPU) and RAM that will run the job. A short roadmap:
- Small game server / testing: Entry-level Ryzen plans comfortably handle a game server for 10-30 players or a development environment.
- Rendering and mid-range: For video/3D rendering, emulators or heavy WooCommerce, the higher core and RAM counts of the mid plans are the ideal balance point.
- Enterprise and high traffic: For large gaming communities, trading/algorithm software or many services, choose the top plans.
If you are undecided, our honest advice is not to buy bigger than you need. With our Ryzen VDS rental, plan upgrades take a few minutes in the panel, your data stays where it is and you pay only the difference. Starting small and growing when you are genuinely squeezed is the most economical way; if you are not sure, our support team will recommend the most suitable plan for your project.
The Components of Ryzen Performance
A powerful processor alone is not enough. The real performance of a server is determined by the disk, network and software infrastructure that supports it. That is the Netvay Ryzen VDS difference.
Gen4 NVMe Technology
The standard SSD era is over. On our Ryzen servers we use Gen4 NVMe disks that reach read speeds of 7000 MB/s. This means game maps (chunks) load instantly and database (MySQL) queries respond at lightning speed.
1 Gbit/s Premium Port
The most important factor on game servers is "ping". With the 1 Gbit/s port speed delivered over our redundant fiber lines connected directly to the Türk Telekom and Superonline backbone, you give your players a lag-free (delay-free) experience.
Game-Focused DDoS Protection
Standard firewalls do not understand game traffic. The dedicated Mikrotik and hardware firewall rules we use analyze UDP-based (game traffic) attacks in particular and block them before they reach your server. Your game is never interrupted.
Full Root Control
You are the sole master of your virtual server (VDS). You get 100% access to the system with an SSH connection for Linux or a Remote Desktop (RDP) connection for Windows. Whether you install a custom kernel or change firewall settings, there are no restrictions.
Automatic Setup & Rebuild
No more opening a support ticket and waiting for hours. Setup starts the moment you purchase through our advanced customer panel. You can also reformat (rebuild), restart or shut down your server with one click at any time.
Tier III Istanbul Data Center
Your data stays within Türkiye's borders, in our Tier III certified data center located in Istanbul. Thanks to redundant power (N+1 UPS & generator) and professional climate control systems, your infrastructure is monitored 24/7 and kept uninterrupted.
Frequently Asked
Questions.
Do not let technical details confuse you. All the answers you are curious about our Ryzen VDS service and our expert support team are here.
Is a Ryzen VDS suitable for game servers? (Will I get lag?)
Yes, absolutely. Game servers (Minecraft, Rust, FiveM, etc.) need single-core performance. The Ryzen 9 5950X processors we use deliver noticeably higher performance than standard servers with their 4.9 GHz speed and eliminate lag/ping problems.
How long does activation take after purchase?
Thanks to our automation system, setup starts the moment your payment is confirmed. Depending on the operating system you choose (Windows/Linux), your access details are sent to your email address within 15 to 30 minutes and your server is ready for use.
What type of disk do you use in the servers?
To avoid compromising on performance, we use Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD disks instead of standard SSDs in all our Ryzen VDS plans. These disks reach read/write speeds of 7000 MB/s and perform database and file operations instantly.
Do you provide protection against DDoS attacks?
Yes, DDoS protection at L3 and L4 layers is offered as standard on all our lines with Mikrotik and hardware firewall devices. Attacks from abroad aimed at game servers in particular are largely filtered.
Do I have Root / Administrator access to the server?
Of course. When you get a VDS service, all management of the server belongs to you. SSH (Root) access details for Linux and Remote Desktop (Administrator) access details for Windows are delivered. You are free to install any software or game mod you like.
Can I upgrade my plan if my site or server grows later?
Yes, as your project grows your resource needs may increase. From your customer panel you can instantly upgrade your CPU and RAM resources to the next plan without any data loss. The process requires only a short restart.
Do you issue corporate invoices in my company's name?
Yes, Netvay is a legal technology company. When you enter your company details at checkout, your invoice is issued including VAT and sent to your registered email address as an e-Invoice/e-Archive.
